#Gparted live usb stuck on warranty screen how to

Bios flashing went without problem.I installed a minimal Arch Linux distro that is perfectly booting from it, in uefi mode.Have tried this several times, including with the 32b version, always the same. However, when attempting to boot with MX17, all I get is a "front page plain picture, devoid of anything else. I placed MX17,64b(along with other distro's iso's), on a flash drive using "Multi-Boot USB" program. In order to set the boot sequence, I press F2 during the startup and get into the BIOS setup. The computer is a Dell (I think this was the first XPS 13, about 4 years old).

I want to boot from the USB to try it live before installing it on my old computer.I finally got Linux installed creating the USB installer with Balena Etcher. It would get to the end of the installation and fail with a warning that the installation is not bootable. I also had trouble getting Linux installed until I used the option in the PremaMod BIOS to change the ACPI version to 3.0 instead of 5.0.After restore the trojan was gone, but also the option to boot from USB from the bios. However after installing Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows getting a trojan (after hardly havin used the laptop), it was necesarry to restore Windows. Boot options used to include Windows, USB and net. That means that if you put a faulty chinese usb devise in a €2000 eurocom or alienware with clevo mobo laptop it is very likely that one day while you connect the usb maybe it turn off and never come back to life again. Clevo is a vendor that DOESNT protect its motherboard chipset from a short circuit even in tha high prised models.
